How does a project with Cloud Nine Digital actually run?
We start with the problem. The knottier the problem, the better.
Then we take a look at your existing data environment and the business requirements it needs to serve. It gets pretty detailed. We look at tracking, data flows, platforms, governance, and reporting dependencies. Only then do we have some open and honest discussions about changes.
But that's only the beginning. From there, the work follows four stages.

Establishes what needs to change and the plan for getting there.

Determines what gets built, how the parts fit together, and what happens first.
Build
Turns the design into a working implementation, including configuration, documentation, and validation.
Management
Keeps the implementation working as platforms, requirements, and the organization change.

How Sazas got its websites and apps back under control
Tags had built up for years across Sazas’ domains, apps and quote flow, with no change control. We set a baseline with 120 checks, rebuilt the consent logic in Google Tag Manager and Cookiebot, and hardened the setup. Compliance went from 61% to 95%, and an automated scan now keeps every property in check.
